Eszter is providing technical support for project development and implementation oversight to a portfolio of GEF-funded Climate Change Enabling Activity (National Communications, Biennial Update/Transparency Reports under UNFCCC) and Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency projects implemented by national institutions from all regions. She has over 7 years of experience in climate change policy analysis and developing and managing climate change programmes and projects at both national and international levels working for various public and private organizations and NGOs. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management with a specialization in Environmental Management from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and a Master of Public Policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan.
