Assessing transformative climate action in agrifood systems

This ‘Assessing transformative climate action in agrifood systems’ series has been developed under the 'Scaling Up Climate Ambition on Land Use and Agriculture through Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs)' (SCALA) programme, which supports 12 countries to translate their NDCs and NAPs into actionable and transformative climate solutions in land use and agriculture, with multi-stakeholder engagement.

The series highlights how the programme supports countries in advancing their climate goals through evidence-based, risk-informed policymaking in the agriculture and land-use sectors. Drawing on experiences from SCALA partner countries, it showcases practical approaches used to identify and prioritize transformative climate actions that contribute to the implementation of NDCs and NAPs.
