Rebecca is a climate technical specialist with the NDC Support Programme with a passion for transformational change, good governance, and youth empowerment. Since joining UNDP in 1998, she has supported developing countries around the world to strengthen climate policies and strategies and design mitigation actions. She has also managed multiple projects focused on climate negotiations, green finance, and building systems for reporting greenhouse gas emissions. Prior to UNDP, Rebecca worked in the Environment Division of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in France and as a journalist and photographer in Australia, the United Kingdom and France. She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales and an undergraduate degree from the University of Queensland.
