Benjamin Larroquette
Regional Technical Advisor for Climate Change Adaptation
Benjamin Larroquette is the Global Advisor for Climate Information and Early Warning Systems and a Regional Technical Advisor for Climate Change Adaptation at UNDP. Benjamin leads the flagship Early Warnings for All global programme and is the UNDP representative at the Systematic Observation Financing Facility (SOFF). With 20 years of experience in supporting countries on meteorology and disaster management, he also provides technical and strategic support for the formulation, implementation and oversight of vertical funds projects. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and a Master’s degree in Environment and Development from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom.
