Natalia Olofinskaya is a Policy and Integrated Programming Specialist and Technical Advisor on Climate Change Adaptation. Natalia has over 25 years of policy and programming experience with UNDP in the fields of environment and climate change at the global, regional and country levels. In her current role, she works across UNDP’s Nature and Climate Hubs to support UNDP country offices and national counterparts to design and implement integrated programming initiatives on nature and climate, with a focus on water, food, health and circular economies. Natalia also helps countries to access resources from the vertical funds, including the Adaptation Fund and the Green Climate Fund, for climate change adaptation projects and programmes. She holds a postgraduate degree in economics and systems engineering.
