As the coordinator for the Climate Promise in UNDP's Regional Hub for Africa, Tiangoua provides policy advice and technical support on strategy and programming to countries. He collaborates with country coordinators and relevant thematic colleagues and delivers an integrated approach to support the NDC enhancement process. Before joining UNDP, Tiangoua worked for several years in Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development as Deputy Director of Climate Change and National Designated Authority of the Green Climate Fund. Tiangoua holds a Ph.D. in Mechanics and Civil Engineering from the University of Lorraine, France.
