NDC Status

Myanmar submitted its first NDC report in September 2017.

Through the support of Climate Promise, UNDP has supported:

  • Preliminary analysis for the development of an NDC financing strategy in 2020
  • Development of targeted training modules for the private sector aimed at increasing investments that support NDC implementation
  • Development of a social media outreach campaign targeting youth across Myanmar on adaptation and mitigation.
