Tunisia submitted its revised NDC in October 2021.

Key highlights from the NDC
  • Tunisia increased its ambition in the revised NDC by setting a conditional emissions reduction target of 45% below 2010 levels by 2030.
  • The country also set an unconditional emissions reduction target of 27% by 2030 compared to 2010 levels.
  • The revised NDC includes all sources of emissions and adopts a cross-sectoral approach for adaptation that covers the most vulnerable sectors for a more inclusive and sustainable development.
