Racine Manning

Racine has a wealth of experience providing administrative and project management support to international organizations and the diplomatic corps, most recently supporting the UNFPA Multi-Country Regional Office for the Caribbean. As Administrative and Donor Relations Analyst, she helps to ensure effective and efficient support across the Climate Promise portfolio and consistent communication with partners.

Racine holds a Master’s degree in international studies and is fluent in English and Spanish.
