Sameera has extensive experience in UN climate negotiations having been part of NGO, government, and UN delegations over the years. She is currently focal point for UNDP UNFCCC COP engagements and has been following the Paris Agreement negotiations process closely since its inception. Sameera is particularly interested in social inclusion and ensuring that the most vulnerable and marginalized groups are supported and empowered in climate action.
