Silvia supports the management of donors’ agreements, and the engagement with the Climate Promise and the NDC Support Programme through the maintenance of enhanced reporting processes. She also develops and strengthens knowledge management tools and processes. Before joining us, Silvia provided guidance on the management of EU-funded actions and supported the Communication and Knowledge Management areas in UNDP Brussels Representation Office. Prior to that, she worked with UNDP and UNICEF as a Programme Officer in Ecuador and Cuba for five years. She holds a Master’s degree in international Cooperation for Development from the University of Basque Country (Spain). More recently, she has also specialized in Evaluation of Public Policies and EU Projects Design and Management.
