A sustainable energy market development and climate finance professional, Mr. Diallo brings over 20 years of experience in project development & management, programme design and implementation and business development in the sustainable energy, climate change and inclusive finance sectors.  

Prior to joining the UNDP, Siré served as a Program Officer at the ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), where he was instrumental in developing and implementing regional flagship projects such as the West African Clean Energy Corridor, the Regional Off-grid Electrification Project, the Clean Energy Mini-grids program, the West African Clean Cooking Alliance. 

Siré holds a Master's in Business Management from Marlboro College and Bachelor’s from Clark University.
