With more than 10 years of experience in gender mainstreaming in development and humanitarian programs, Jasmin is focusing on gender responsive NDC revision and implementation as part of the Climate Strategies and Policy team, ensuring that the most vulnerable and marginalized groups are supported and empowered in climate change processes. Having worked in the field since 2009, she has worked on gender and climate change issues with UNDP in the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and UN Women in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.  She has also served as a Gender Specialist for the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in Bogota in Colombia.  Jasmin holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the National University of Ireland.
