Sulayman Marenah

Sulayman is a financial management specialist with close to a decade of progressive experience working across local and international organizations.

Sulayman brings previous experience with UNICEF and UNDP in Timor-Leste. He worked as a Programme Finance Associate and Focal Point for Youth at UNDP Gambia, supporting the country office in project planning, monitoring and analysis in the area of financial management, resource planning and analysis.

Prior to UNDP, Sulayman served at UNFPA in The Gambia as Finance Assistant, at the Secretariat of National Youth Council of The Gambia as Finance Officer, and Kanifing Municipal Council as accountant.

Sulayman holds a Master of Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea, and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, from the University of The Gambia. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of The Gambia.
