With academic background in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolutions, Yuta Kono is a SDGs Coordination Officer at UNDP India Country Office (a JPO funded by Japan). Attached to State Outreach and SDG Integration Unit, he discharges a wide range of duties and responsibilities including Project Management, M&E, Partnership, and Resource Mobilization at current position. With 10 years+ experience in areas of development and emergency response, he has managed 14 projects as a Project Manager and formulated 12 projects with resource mobilization achievement of more than USD 10 million in India, Ethiopia, and Japan.
